I have just finished on one website for the real estate industry in india. Not one of the best i can guarantee you but the best part is that everything in this site is free. Starting from registration to search to Advertising on this website … everything is free. I know that its not a good idea to send out something free which is charged for by other vendors. But fortunately or unfortunately, this site is just here to drive massive traffic to people’s properties and specially for those who cannot afford the small bit of amount to sell their property. Most people who will find even one calls will move to our competitors and register there for the paid service too.

Obviously most of our competitors have muscle in this industry and are willing to shell out millions of rupees a month on advertising and marketing their website. The two leading competitors at the moment are , 99Acres.com and magicbricks.com. magicbrick is owned by one of the leading news paper company in india. You will see thier ads on TV’s papers and Every media possible. The 99Acres site currently tops the list in traffic and is also considered the #1 website in India for real estate. Yes they are affordable and the site is great. Well whats the fun in competing with toddlers when you can actully beat the giants.
